Anxiety Disorder

A great part of our personalities are formed by our feelings and emotions, and thus our feelings configure an important part of our identity. Our emotional state influences our social interactions. However, we try to conceal a vast range of our feelings in social life. My art practice is influenced by feeling expressions, as well as the permanent effects of them on our viewpoints and their role in shaping our social identity and social interactions. I primarily focus on portraying the growing anxiety. Anxiety can lead to a debilitating experience and a horrific hallucination in reality. Dealing with it in everyday life causes the brain to release stress hormones on a regular basis. Within my practice, I gradually developed my philosophical view towards the ego through a severely anxious perspective. My drawings and collage pieces demonstrate my struggle with anxiety, my efforts to control it, and the level of my resilience and resistance towards it.
